Why Philosopher's and Sorcerer's?
I have a question for J. K. Rowling: Why is it the Sorcerer's Stone in America and the Philosopher's Stone everywhere else? I don't understand the concept. Is there a reason for this? It baffles me thinking about it. Is it because Philosopher will confuse Americans? If you know the answer or have an idea then email me at FloraFawkes@hotmail.com
Well somebody knows the answer to the question that has confused me. Brat H. sent me this explaination.
I have an idea why it's Philosopher/Sorcerer. There was a poll in America, and most people had no idea what a Philosopher was. So that's why.
Thanks Brat H. for the answer!!
